We like happy customers! If our product does not meet your satisfaction, we will gladly pay return postage and refund you the price of the item. Should our product arrive damaged, we encourage you to refuse the package if possible, or return it in its found state to the carrier. We ship all our goods Priority Mail, which includes $50 insurance per item.

All of our products are packaged with care and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Aside from busy holiday times, items are typically 3-5 days in transit. Once shipped you will receive a notification with tracking number and anticipated delivery date.
