Private Party

Service Description

Events that take place apart from our regular business hours are considered private parties. This means we will not be on the premises to oversee activity, and renter will be responsible for picking up/turning in a key to the building, as well as respectful use of the space. Retail spaces and coffee shop area are off limits and renter will be held responsible for any damages that may occur. Space use only booking gives you access to the front half of our building (with exception of aforementioned off-limits areas). This includes classroom space with 4 high-top tables and bar stool seating for 20, two 6 ft. serving tables with ample electric access, one large dining table (seats 8-10), and our two 4'x8' work tables that can be covered and used for extra seating/storage. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and limited serving pieces are available for use. Wifi is available and screen and projector can be used if pre-arranged. Moderate clean up after event is expected: taking down of decorations, gathering of all trash, wiping down of surfaces, sweeping up confetti, etc. Additional booking option for private party is the Trivia Option. Similar to our monthly trivia night events, for the additional fee one of our staff members will be present to host this portion of your event. Communication will need to take place prior to event to discuss criteria (theme options, team or individual competition, number of rounds, etc.)

Cancellation Policy

Class fees are not refundable, but if you come by and notify us of your cancellation, we will give you credit toward a future class.
